StaticFileLocationProperty
Attribute that stores the path of the static content being served.
It is set by static content handlers (for example, staticFiles, staticResources, or the Webjars plugin) when a static file or resource is handled. The value is typically the resolved file path or the requested relative resource path.
This attribute is not set in early pipeline phases such as ApplicationCallPipeline.Setup. For staticFiles and staticResources, it is set during the ApplicationCallPipeline.Call phase when routing handles the request.
