Create blocking java.io.InputStream for this channel that does block every time the channel suspends at read. Similar to do reading in runBlocking however you can pass it to regular blocking API.

Canceling the parent job interrupts blocking reads but leaves this channel open.
Closing the stream closes this channel but does not cancel the parent job.

The caller is responsible for closing the stream.
